How booking works

Bookings are made online at thehall.bg with an account (email + one-time code — no password). Your spot is guaranteed once the booking appears in “My profile”.

Capacity

Spots per class are limited. When a class is full the system stops accepting bookings; a cancelled spot immediately becomes available to everyone.

Payment

Payment is made at the studio — single visit or MultiSport card, as selected during booking. Kangoo Jumps has two prices: with studio shoes or with your own (chosen at booking; shoe stock per size is limited).

Cancellation

A booking can be cancelled online up to 3 hours before the class starts — from “My profile” or the booking page. Later cancellations are not accepted by the system; in unforeseen circumstances, call us.

No-shows

A reserved spot left unused without timely cancellation is recorded as a no-show. After repeated no-shows (three or more) the studio may temporarily restrict access to online booking.

Schedule changes

If a class is cancelled, everyone booked receives an email notification. The current schedule is always on the home page and the booking page.
