Who processes your data

THE HALL Sports Center (“we”), address: 51 Alexander Malinov Blvd, Metro City Center, floor 1, Sofia, phone: 0894 777 795, email: support@thehall.bg. For any questions about your personal data, contact us at the front desk, by phone or by email.

What we collect

• Email address — for logging in and confirmations;
• Full name — so we know who is signed up for a class;
• Phone number — to reach you if a class changes or is cancelled;
• Your booking data — which class, when, and how you booked (single visit or MultiSport card);
• No-show records — when a reserved spot was not used and not cancelled in time;
• If access is blocked (“ban”) — the email and phone number are kept on a list preventing re-registration while the block is in effect.

Why we collect it

Solely to run the booking system: to hold your spot, reach you about schedule changes and manage studio capacity. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.

Where it is stored and who helps us technically

In a secured database (Supabase) on servers in the European Union. Only the studio administrators can access personal data. We also rely on the following providers (data processors), all with EU servers: Supabase (database), Vercel (website hosting), Brevo (email notifications) and Zoho Mail (business correspondence).

How long we keep it

For as long as you have an account. You can request deletion anytime.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of processing at any time, and lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Data Protection Commission (cpdp.bg). Contact us by phone to make a request.

Cookies

The site uses only functional cookies: for logging in and remembering your theme choice (light/dark). We use no third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
